Nashwa Eassa is a nano-particle physicist from Sudan. In 2015 Eassa won “Elsevier Foundation Award for Women in Science in the Developing World”. She is involved in the development of nanotube structures and titanium oxide nanoparticles. She has been a candidate as Arab Countries Vice- President for Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World. She is a founder and president of the Sudanese Women in Science Organization and an assistant professor of physics at Al-Neelain University in Khartoum.
